To-Go Kit: $25 each (Deadline to sign up for a To-Go kit is Wednesday, January 29th.)

Payment: If paying by credit card, you may pay for your bowl(s) through this form. If paying by cash/check, leave the payment portion blank. Then, drop off your payment at the church prior to the event or picking up your kit. Please make checks payable to Faithbridge Church and designate as "Empty Bowls".
