2025 Trunk or Treat Volunteer Sign-up

Please note that treat cars can only enter the lot between 5:15 pm and 6 pm and must stay in the lot until 8 pm. This is to ensure the safety of volunteers and any children/guests who are in the lot. If you are unable to be here during those times, please consider donating candy instead or let us know so that we know to expect you later!

TREAT CARS - Thank you! Your point-people are Courtney Carson and Sherri Phillips.



  • PREP: We estimate each car will need about 400 pieces of candy. If you need help getting enough candy, please let us know! 

  • DECORATIONS: As this is a family-friendly event, please do not decorate your car with anything offensive, occult, scary, or gory. 

  • TRUNK LOCATION: If you would like your trunk to be next to another specific one, please let us know in advance to assure we save the space. Call or email the office at 262-632-8381 or office@faithbridgewi.com as soon as possible. Just let us know the names of the person(s) so we can alert our attendants that evening. 

  • ARRIVAL: Please enter the parking lot to set up between 5:15 pm and 6 pm. We'll have to block off the Northwestern entrance/exit by 6 pm and won't be letting any more cars in after that. (The Morris St driveway will also be closed off during the event except for handicapped/limited mobility parking.) 

  • DEPARTURE: Cars will need to stay in the lot until 8 pm, or until all guests are out of the area, whichever comes first. This is to ensure the safety of everyone who will be helping with and participating in the event.
