The Woods Waiver and Release of Liability

The Woods Waiver and Release of Liability needs to be completed for each camper and returned to Pierson Kaye or the office before arrival to camp. (Printed copies are available for pick up at the Information Desk.)

Camp Details

Transportation: Meet at the camp. No transportation provided.
Cabins: Each cabin can sleep 10-12 people. There will be a designated guys and girls cabin for those that sign up on their own.
Restrooms: Mens and womens restrooms are located 10 feet outside of the cabin doors, not directly in the cabins.
Recreation: Ziplining, a ropes course, archery, mini golf, beach access, paddle boarding and more!
What to bring: Bedding/pillows, clothing, toiletries and a bible!

Camp Conduct

We expect each attendee to conform to these rules of conduct.
No possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco.
No fighting, weapons, fireworks, lighters, or explosives.
Respect property.
Respect one another and staff.
Respect and comply with event schedules.
Attendees who fail to comply with these expectations may be sent home.

Payment

The nonrefundable cost is $175 per adult, $50 per child age 3-18 (2 and under are free), with a household maximum out of pocket $500. (A household is 1 or 2 adults and their children age 18 and under.)

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT AVAILABLE THRU JANUARY 31, 2026: Sign up and pay by January 31st and your children in your household, age 0-18, are FREE! (Choose the appropriate payment box below for this savings.)

This cost includes lodging, meals and activites.

$525 = 3 Adults
$700 = 4 Adults
(For more than 4, complete a 2nd form.)

Registration for 1 Parent with children ages 3-18 (2 and under are free) in their household:
$225 = 1 Parent, 1 child age 3-18.
$275 = 1 Parent, 2 children ages 3-18.
$325 = 1 Parent, 3 children ages 3-18.
$375 = 1 Parent, 4 children ages 3-18.
$425 = 1 Parent, 5 children ages 3-18.
$475 = 1 Parent, 6 children ages 3-18.
$500 = 1 Parent, 7 or more children 3-18 in their household.

Registration for 2 Parents with children ages 3-18 (2 and under are free) in their household:
$400 = 2 Parents, 1 child age 3-18.
$450 = 2 Parents, 2 children ages 3-18.
$500 = 2 Parents, 3 or more children ages 3-18.
